The National
Richmond, Virginia’s National Theater at 7th and East Broad streets opened with much fanfare in 1923. It became a part of the then-thriving downtown theater scene. Touring vaudeville acts of the era performed on its stage. Its screen was lit up with silent movies, accompanied by live music in the largest orchestra pit in the state.

Landmark Theater
Located at 6 North Laurel Street, formerly The Mosque, this Theater was built in 1926 by Shriners as their Acca Temple Richmond’s Landmark Theater, located to the west of downtown Richmond, plays host to a variety of events: Broadway, symphony, ballet, children’s theater, lectures, concerts, school commencements, fashion shows and the Richmond Forum.

Richmond Coliseum
The Richmond Coliseum, located in the heart of downtown Richmond, has been serving the city as a major venue location since 1971. Although slightly weathered, the Richmond Coliseum has been bringing in bigger musical acts with performances from Bruce Springsteen, Keith Urban, Motley Crue and more.
